Pumpkin Apple Bread Pudding

Great recipe to make any time of year for an easy and tasty dessert! Recipe modified from Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding.


Serving Size: 8 Servings




Ingredients:

  • Diced bread (4 cups)

  • Diced Apples (2 cups)

  • Canned Pumpkin Pie mix (1 cup)

  • Milk (2 cups)

  • Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)

  • Vanilla (1 teaspoon)


Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).


2. Break bread into small pieces into an 8 inch square baking pan, add diced apples.


3. Drizzle pumpkin pie mix over bread.


4. Combine milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.


5. Pour over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the milk mixture.


6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until center is set and apples are tender.
