To make around a gallon:
11 cups water
12 tbsp corn starch (.75 cup)
2.75 cups soy sauce
10 tbsp honey (.5 cup + 2 tbsp)
2.5 cups brown sugar
Powdered garlic and ginger to taste
Combine water and cornstarch in a bowl, then pour the mixture into the saucepan with all other ingredients and heat, bringing to a boil then lowering heat until serving.
*Make this at the very end because it will thicken as it sits out. If it seems too thick add more water/soy sauce, if it seems thin, add corn starch.
