Ramen Stir Fry

Ramen has long been known as the food of choice for college students because of the affordability and how tasty it is! This week we decided to integrate packs of ramen noodles into our main dish. We recovered some pulled pork, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, and carrots. Stir fries always give you a freedom to do what you want with the dish. In a stir fry you can add whatever vegetables you'd like. Our favorites are broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, and onions! You can also add any form of protein to the stir fry. The teriyaki sauce recipe was a little more strict. In the sauce, we used soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic, honey, ginger, and cornstarch. We included the full recipe below, adapted from https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/259887/simple-teriyaki-sauce/
