This teriyaki sauce is super delicious and easy to make! We made a bulk recipe for around a gallon to use for Farm-to-Fork, with is below.
If you'd like a smaller amount of about 2 cups for just one meal, check out the link here, for correct measurements! https://thegenuinetable.com/2018/07/05/teriyaki-sauce/
Ingredients:
To make around a gallon:
11 cups water
12 tbsp cornstarch (.75 cup)
2.75 cups soy sauce
10 tbsp honey (.5 cup + 2 tbsp)
2.5 cups brown sugar
Powdered garlic and ginger to taste
Directions:
Combine water and cornstarch in a bowl
Pour the mixture into the saucepan with all other ingredients and
Heat, bringing to a boil then lowering heat until serving.
*Make this at the very end of meal prep, because it will thicken as it sits out. If it seems too thick add more water/soy sauce, if it seems thin, add corn starch.
