Pumpkin Apple Bread Pudding (January 23, 2019)

Pureed pumpkin pie cans



Ingredients

Diced bread (4 cups)

Diced Apples (2 cups)

Canned Pumpkin Pie mix (1 cup)

Milk (2 cups)

Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)

Vanilla (1 teaspoon)

Serving Size: 8 Servings

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Break bread into small pieces into an 8 inch square baking pan, add diced apples.

3. Drizzle pumpkin pie mix over bread.

4. Combine milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.

5. Pour over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the milk mixture.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until center is set and apples are tender.
